Huxbear Laid Bare Chardonnay 2023, made from 100% unoaked Chardonnay, has aromas of red apple, cream and sweet almonds. On the palate there are notes of apple, stone fruit, lime and cardamom, with a complex lime and honeyed cinnamon finish.

Best served lightly chilled with pan fried fish, shellfish or chicken caesar salad.

10.5% alcohol.
