Huxbear Col Fondo is a bone dry, lightly cloudy, sparkling Col Fondo* with vibrant aromas of ripe peach, passionfruit, & delicate almond. The palate is bright & energetic, revealing pineapple & zesty lime layered with a subtle almond nuance that adds texture & complexity. Fine, persistent bubbles & refreshing acidity carry through to a crisp, dry finish with a gentle savoury edge.
*Col Fondo is an unfiltered, traditional style of sparkling wine where the secondary fermentation happens inside the bottle and the leftover yeast sediment is left in.
Contains naturally occurring deposits.
