Huxbear is a family-owned wine estate producing handcrafted wines from grapes cultivated in our Devon vineyard and picked under the watchful eye of  The Great Bear (Ursa Major) constellation.
Our traditionally produced Blanc de Noirs is crafted from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. It is golden in colour and has an abundance of fine, persistent bubbles.
This Blanc de Noirs reveals a well-balanced profile with intricate notes of ripe cherry, fragrant violets, brioche and sweet almond. 
Our Blanc de Noirs can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with a variety of dishes such as smoked salmon, creamy cheeses, or light desserts.
