This Blanc de Blancs, made from 100% Chardonnay, has fine, persistent bubbles and delicate aromas of green apple, sultana, apricot, toasted almonds and brioche. Expect flavours of mulberry, lemon cheesecake & a clean minerality with a candied lemon and sourdough finish.
Perfect as an apéritif or paired with light seafood, salads, or soft cheeses.

All of our wines are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
