Smooth and refined, this unfiltered wine is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes carefully nurtured in our Devon vineyard. On the nose it opens with aromas of ripe black cherry, delicate violets and subtle vanilla. The wine is expressive and has great length.
This wine pairs beautifully with dishes such as roast beef, mushroom risotto, or a selection of cheeses.
