Huxbear Classic Sparkling 2018
Grown and bottled on our estate, Huxbear Classic Sparkling is produced using the Champagne method of production from a blend of the classic sparkling varieties; Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.  It has undergone a minimum of 24 months lees aging.
 
Huxbear Blanc de Noirs 2021
This traditionally produced sparkling wine is golden in colour with an abundance of fine bubbles.  A well-balanced, delicate and dry sparkling wine with complex notes of black cherry, violets, brioche and sweet almond.
 
Huxbear The Dancing Bear 2021
Pale gold in colour, this barrel aged wine is made from 100% Chardonnay.
Smooth and balanced, with notes of peach, melon, grapefruit, lime and butter.
Best served at 10-12 degrees celsius with seafood, fish or chicken, or on its own.
 
Huxbear Arcas Pinot Noir 2022
Smooth and refined, this unfiltered red wine is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown here at Huxbear.  It has aromas of black cherry and violets, with a medium bodied and expressive palate.
