Classic Sparkling

Grown and bottled on our estate, Huxbear Sparkling is produced from a blend of the classic sparkling varieties. The 2016 vintage is made from 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot and 10% pinot Meunier.
 

Corbinian

Dry and delicate, this wine is produced from our Schonberger and Siegrrebe varieties. It has aromas of elderflower, peach and lime which give way to a spicy finish. Best served chilled with oriental food, or on its own.

Bacchus

Dry and refreshing, this wine is made exclusively from our Bacchus grapes. It has aromas of melon, pineapple and grapefuit and has a gooseberry and nettle finish. Best served with seafood, or on its own.
